  Sixth Street Lofts (Townhouses): 5 unit loft style townhomes in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. 3 levels, 2300 square feet each. (2006)
 
  Pine Canyon Private Residence: New primary residence in Pine Canyon, Flagstaff, Arizona. 7BR/8Bath, approximately 5000 square feet. (2006)
 
  Laguna Beach Private Residence: Laguna Beach, California. Expansion of private residence, (2005)
 
  Pellillo Residence: New private home in Pine Canyon, Flagstaff, Arizona. Craftsman style home: 6BR/5Bath, approximately 4000 square feet livable plus decks. (2006)
 
  McKay Residence: Addition to private residence in Biltmore Estates, Phoenix, Arizona. 2000 square feet Outdoor kitchen & living. (2005)
 
  Koerner Residence: Private vacation home in Pine Canyon, Flagstaff, Arizona. Arts & Crafts style home: 5BR/4Bath, approximately 3500 square feet livable plus decks and patios. (2004)
 
  Arbetman Residence: Remodel and 3000 square feet additions to a 1940’s home in North-Central Phoenix. (2004)
 
  Washburn/ Wutzke Residence: Remodel and addition to a 1930’s home in North-Central Phoenix. (2005)
 
  F. Linnartz Residence: New Private secondary residence in Flagstaff, Arizona. 2500 square feet livable plus decks. (2005)
 
  T. Linnartz Residence: Addition to existing private, secondary residence in Pine Canyon, Flagstaff, Arizona. 1500 square feet. (2005)
 
  Zak Residence: New Private residence in Pine Canyon, Flagstaff, Arizona. 4500 square feet livable plus 2000 square feet of decks and patios. (2004)
 
  Friendship Village of Tempe, Tempe, Arizona
Expansion to an existing planned community for seniors: cottages and highrise condominiums, as well as buildings for dining and recreation, assisted living, skilled nursing, and dementia care on a 55 acre site in an urban setting. Project cost: $65 million.
Role: Architect of Record & Project Director, OWP/P Architects. (2001-2003)
 
  Croasdaile Village, Durham, North Carolina
Planned Community for Seniors: included buildings for dining and recreation, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and dementia care on a 30 acre site ($45 million, design–build).
Role: Designer/(PA)Project Architect with FreemanWhite Architects. (1996)
 
  Brittany Pointe Estates, Upper Gwynned Township, Pennsylvania. 40,000 square feet condominium tower, design-build development.

  Homes at Hilton Head Plantation, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Primary residences and vacation Homes (2000-4000 square feet) - for a developer client. Role: Designer with McCleskey & Associates Architects. (1994)
 
  Haig Pointe Golf Cottages, Haig Point (off of Hilton Head), South Carolina. 2000-3000 square feet houses in an island community for a developer client.

  Bramlett Residence: Birmingham, Alabama. Primary residence of approximatelyimately 4,400 square feet for Alton and Juanita Bramlett. (1993)

  Abbott Beach House: Savannah, Georgia. 2000 square feet family vacation home - addition and renovation for Christy Abbott. (1992)

  Row House Model Homes & Community Plan: Chicago, Illinois (Independent) Design Competition. (1990)
 
  Hotels & Mixed-Use Projects:
 
  Aladdin Hotel, Casino and Dessert Passage Mall, Las Vegas, Nevada
A mixed-use development (35 acres, 2.8 million square feet, cost = approximately $1 billion), consisting of two high-rise hotels, a retail mall, timeshare condominiums, performance theaters, restaurants, and gaming.
Role: Designer/(PA)Project Architect (with ADPMarshall/Fluor Daniel) in the schematics, design development, and construction document phases: coordinated disciplines, consultants, and contractors in this design-build project. (1997-9)
 
  The Canals of Scottsdale , Scottsdale, Arizona: Mixed-use development. 40 acres, 1.5+ million square feet, projected cost = $1 billion: consisting of retail, commercial, hotels, performance and movie theaters, museums and cultural exhibits.
Role: Designer (with ADPMarshall/Fluor Daniel): worked with the client and the city in creating the conceptual character of the project, the master plan and schematics, while addressing strategic approaches to public relations issues. (1998)
 
  Busch Gardens, Tampa, Florida: An African theme park consisting of a four-star resort hotel with 300 rooms, spa, and restaurants overlooking a simulated African savannah in a free-roaming zoo.
Role: Designer with ADPMarshall/Fluor Daniel. (1997)
 
  Health Care Projects:
 
  Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, North Carolina: New additions and renovations of existing hospital.
Hospital campus (private) consisting of 1000 bed in-patient facility, with out-patient clinics, and trauma-one emergency, resident dormitories, and research laboratories.
Role: Project Designer/(PA) Project Architect (with FreemanWhite Architects): worked with the administration, nurses, and doctors in strategic planning that addressed future growth and technological changes. Subsequently, we designed new trauma and emergency departments, the laboratory, out-patient clinics, and pediatric care units. (1995-6)
 
  Gaston County Memorial Hospital, Gastonia, North Carolina: Facility Master Planning.
Hospital campus (public) consisting of 400-bed in-patient facility and out-patient clinics.
Role: Project Designer with FreemanWhite Architects: worked with the administration, nurses, and doctors in strategic planning that addressed future growth and technological changes. Subsequently, a new heart surgical center was added; long-term hospice care was added; and department renovations to radiology, laboratory, intensive-care, surgery, and the pharmacy were built. (1995)
 
  Lebaeur Medical Office Building, Greensboro, North Carolina: Renovation/Addition of Cardiology Clinic; approximatelyimately 12,000 square feet.
Role: Project Designer with FreemanWhite Architects. (1996)
 
  Medical Research Office Building, Charlotte, North Carolina: Conversion from Resident Housing; approximately 15,000 square feet.

  CMHA Medical Office Building, Charlotte, North Carolina: Renovation of existing 20,000 square feet facility.
Role: Project Designer with FreemanWhite Architects. (1995-6)
 
  V.A. Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona: 60,000 square feet Renovation of existing facility.
Role: Project Captain with ADPMarshall/Fluor Daniel. (1997-8)
 
  Cottonwood de Tucson Rehab Center, Tucson, Arizona: 15,000 square feet additions to resort-like detox-rehab clinic.
Role: Designer with IEF Group. (2000)
 
  Barrows Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Phoenix, Arizona: New laboratory building.
Role: Construction administration with ADPMarshall/Fluor Daniel. (1997)
 
  A Center For Living, Birmingham, Alabama. One-year of research focused on long-term care facilities. The design focused on hospice care for the terminally ill in a community setting. It included independent living homes, skilled nursing, common dining and activities building, medical outpatient clinic, and a public education and recreation building.

  Worthington Elementary School, Worthington, Minnesota: 15,000 square feet kindergarten - sixth grade public school.
Role: (PA) Project Architect with DLR Group. (1999)
 
  Franklin Elementary School, Phoenix, Arizona: Historic renovation and adaptive rehabilitation of this 1920’s school building.
Role: (PA) Project Architect with DLR Group. (1999)
 
  Parris Island Marine Base (various buildings), South Carolina: New Laundry / Dry Cleaning Facility and Cafeteria Renovation.

  Tucson Fire Station 6, Tucson, Arizona: 10,000 square feet, 4-bay station at the Public Safety Training Academy.
Role: Designer and (PA) Project Architect with IEF Group. (2000)
 
  Chandler Fire Station 6, Chandler, Arizona: 8,000 square feet, 2-bay station to be used as future prototype.

  Phoenix Fire Station 43, Phoenix, Arizona: 6-bay station and administrative facility offices.
